Mauricio Pochettino has targeted three players, including Bruno Fernandes, to add to his squad in January as he looks to reignite Tottenham’s season.
Spurs got back to winning ways on Tuesday night as they thrashed Red Star Belgrade 5-0 in the Champions League.
Pochettino is drawing up a shortlist of potential reinforcements to strengthen his side in the new year and Norwich’s Max Aarons and West Brom’s Nathan Ferguson, both full-backs, are among the desired names, the Mail reports.
Fernandes, a summer target of Spurs’, is also wanted.
Sporting president Frederico Varandas revealed the Portuguese club rejected Tottenham’s £60million bid for Fernandes in the summer, but the club could come back in for him.
Fernandes was one of the most in-demand players throughout the summer transfer window, with a host of top European clubs allegedly looking at the midfielder, including Manchester United.
