A close-up shot proves that Harper’s waist-length strands are no longer, revealing a sleek blow-out that is slightly longer in front. She complemented her new haircut with a white shirt featuring eyelet details on the sleeves, riding boots, and dark pants.

Perhaps Harper’s shorter ‘do came from watching her mom’s film Spice World on repeat during a family trip to Indonesia. In the movie, Victoria rocks more of a lob (a longer version of the style she became known for several years later). Though, during Harper’s binge-watching session, she became fixated on Posh’s ‘90s fashion.
“Not only is Harper obsessed with the Spice Buss [sic]…… She now wants a ‘little Gucci dress,’” Victoria captioned a series screen-grabs from Harper’s movie marathon.
