Drew McIntyre appearance to kick off WWE Raw

One week after turning heel and aligning with The Judgment Day, Drew McIntyre will kick off WWE Raw.

WWE has announced that an appearance by McIntyre will open tonight's Raw, which is the go-home episode for Survivor Series. McIntyre is set to address his actions from last week.

McIntyre helped Damian Priest & Finn Balor retain the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles against Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso in last Monday's main event. McIntyre delivered a Claymore to Uso and then threw Uso back into the ring so Balor could pin him.

It was revealed that McIntyre's turn was the result of a deal between him and Rhea Ripley. As McIntyre headed up the ramp, he met Ripley on the stage and the two shook hands.

Leading into his heel turn, McIntyre had been playing a tweener character and refused Judgment Day's offers to align with him. McIntyre lost to World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel.

The men's WarGames match for Survivor Series is currently announced as Rhodes, Uso, Rollins & Sami Zayn vs. Priest, Balor, Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh. We'll see if McIntyre is added to Judgment Day's team tonight.

Survivor Series is being held at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois this Saturday. On tonight's Raw, one member from each team will face off in a men's WarGames advantage match.
