England will begin their preparations Euro 2020 with a friendly against Italy at Wembley in March.
Gareth Southgate’s men will face the Italians on Friday, March 27 in a game designated as ‘The Heads Up International’ in support of the Football Association’s charitable partnership with the Duke of Cambridge’s Heads Together mental health initiative.
That match will be followed with the visit of Denmark at the same venue four days later, before England travel to Vienna for a clash with Austria on June 2.
The Three Lions will then host Romania on Sunday, June 7 at a venue in England that is still to be confirmed, a Football Association statement confirmed.
