Shane McMahon Reveals Final Member of Women’s Smackdown Team at WWE Survivor Series

Shane McMahon Announces Final Member Of Women’s Team

Due to Charlotte defeating Natalya on SmackdownLive for the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship, it left an open spot on Team SmackdownLive for the upcoming Women’s 5-on-5 elimination match at Survivor Series Sunday.

There had been speculation that a surprise would take place with either Paige or possibly Nikki Bella taking the 5th spot, but Shane McMahon just confirmed via Twitter that former WWE SmackdownLive Women’s Champion Natalya will indeed be taking Charlotte’s place on Team Blue. This is barring any storyline circumstances of course, of the team accepts her after weeks of Natalya berating them.

Individual competition drives every #SDLive Superstar. Even in defeat, @NatbyNature proved herself to be a fierce competitor and will be an asset to Team Smackdown’s 5 on 5 #SurvivorSeries Team. Let’s go to work, Nattie.

I was always most nervous on the mornings of #NXTakeOver. So much to prove, and history to be made. Really excited for my @WWENXT family – tonight is your night!

@AlexaBliss_WWE I’ve fought, defended, and represented women’s wrestling with some of the best athletes this industry has ever seen. Little girls play dress up, women don’t need to. #SurvivorSeries #THEchamp
