Man United transfer news: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sees Paulo Dybala as ‘ideal’ signing but Juventus will only sell for upwards of £70m

Juventus are reportedly willing to sell Paulo Dybala to Manchester United – but only if the Red Devils pay upwards of £70million for the forward.

According to the Mail, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sees the Argentina international as an ideal signing for United as he continues to rebuild his squad ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.

Dybala, who has spent four successful years with the Old Lady since signing from Palermo in 2015, is said to be valued between £70million and £90million by the Italian giants.

Solskjaer has already added Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka to United’s ranks this summer, and the Old Trafford club are reportedly close to sealing an £80million deal with Leicester for the transfer of Harry Maguire.

However, the Norwegian believes more signings need to be made if they are to bridge the gap to Manchester City and Liverpool, who finished first and second respectively in the Premier League last season.

Should Romelu Lukaku or Paul Pogba leave the club, Solskjaer is said to be ready to pounce on a deal for Dybala, who scored five goals and added four assists in 30 Serie A matches last season.

Both players are keen to secure summer moves, with striker Lukaku keen to join up with Antonio Conte at Inter Milan and Pogba desperate to sign for Real Madrid.

Juve chiefs are ready to listen to offers for Dybala and are prepared to allow him to leave should the right offer come in for him.
