RMC Sport report that Toulouse have rejected an €8m bid from AS Monaco for 18-year-old central midfielder Manu Koné.
He is being tracked closely by a number of European clubs, and recently scored his first goal in the professional game against Lyon.
ASM’s offer was €5m plus €3m in bonuses, with the player being sent back on loan until the end of the current campaign.
TFC refused the offer, with no intention of selling the youngster at the moment.
