UP Farmers Lock 800 Cows Inside Schools & Health Centre To Protect Their Crops

Farmers in Uttar Pradesh have locked some 800 cows inside a government school and primary health centre in Aligarh. The animals had been destroying their crops and farms.

Farmers have been spending nights are their farms in extreme cold weather to keep cattle at bay.

“These animals are destroying crops. Neither the administration nor the state government have taken any action on the matter,” Mathura Prasad Sharma, a farmer told NDTV.
