Everton are preparing to accelerate their attempts to sign Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha by submitting ANOTHER player-plus-cash bid for the forward, talkSPORT understands.
The Selhurst Park outfit have already rejected one bid from the Toffees for their star man, whilst also refusing to sell him to Arsenal earlier this summer.

Marco Silva is desperate to sign a winger before the transfer window slams shut on 5pm on Thursday – and he is keen to make Zaha that man.

But the Eagles are determined to keep hold of their most prized asset, with chairman Steve Parish maintaining his stance that the Ivory Coast international will not be allowed to leave the club this summer.
Palace are close to completing the £3million signing of James McCarthy from Everton, so any proposed deal would not involve the Ireland international – but the Goodison Park outfit are preparing a bid in the region of £60m for Zaha, with Turkish striker Cenk Tosun offered to Palace as part of the deal.
Meanwhile, Everton have also been frustrated in their pursuit of Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure.
Silva is desperate to add the midfielder to his ranks following the departure of Idrissa Gueye to PSG, but he has so far been rebuffed in his attempts.
The Hornets have reportedly turned down a £40m bid for the Frenchman, and talkSPORT understands he is valued much higher by the Hertfordshire club.
